Why do I need a contract? Can’t I just call for service whenever something goes wrong?

While some home owners might consider this, it is highly not recommended.  With a HOME PRO contract, in addition to being able to call us for any maintenance request (call outs), we also provide you with regular routine/preventive maintenance.


My house is new, why do I need a maintenance contract?

New homes can stay new longer with regular maintenance. In fact, the manufacturers of the equipment and appliances in a new home require routine services to keep the warranty valid. The best time to start a preventive maintenance program is when the home is brand new.


What is Preventive Maintenance?

Planned Preventive maintenance or PPM is a scheduled service visit to ensure that equipment is operating correctly and to therefore avoid any unscheduled breakdown and downtime. This will greatly reduce breakdowns, reduce your utility bills, and enhance the life of your equipment.
