Job Role:
Responsible to assist operational teams in planning, organizing, directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimum down time.
- Conduct Site surveys and inspections.
- Cost analysis and production of estimates for new projects and existing facilities.
- Manpower planning.
- Resource quantification.
- Projects planning.
- Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of Imdaad contracts
- Perform clerical duties to meet requirements of the job and adherence to all current company procedures
- Assist in production of periodic reports as required by the Operational Managers.
- Familiar with all MEP equipment and systems found within the Facilities managed by Imdaad.
- Perform Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with operations policies.
Qualifications – External
Education/Qualifications
- 3-year Diploma is a must.
- Professional Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Plumbing/Fitter Trade OR ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a must.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
- 6 – 8 years relevant experience.
- UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is a must.
- People Management Skills, Delegation Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
- Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
