Qualifications /Skills/ Competencies
- UAE national with family book.
- University Degree is must from a recognized university.
- CGP 3.0 and above
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Customer Service Orientation, Result Orientation.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to think quickly and logically, ensure practical response and solution to customer inquiries
- Should be goal-oriented, knows how to work under pressure and on tight deadlines, with good work ethic
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and numerical ability.
- Interpersonal Skills, Delegation Skills and people management skills.
- Decision Making Skills and Ownership and Accountability..
