Responsibility:
- Ability to Sell Specialized cleaning services (Water Tank Cleaning. High Level Façade Cleaning)
- Ability to so site surveys and pricing for the specialized cleaning services
- Track and report surveys of potential projects, markets, customer news, and developments
- Lead the sales process and closing deals
Qualification:
- Commercially oriented with at least 5 to 7 years of progressive business development, sales experience in the specialized cleaning or facilities management or Manpower or commercial cleaning industry.
- Must possess prior UAE work experience in a similar industry
- Candidate should have Bachelor Degree in Sales/ Marketing preferred or equivalent work experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License
