Job Requirements:
- IRATA certified Level 3 certification is a must.
- Total experience should be 8 to 10 years and minimum 3 years’ experience in Level & team handling.
- Have worked in GCC countries.
- Must be able to communicate in English & Computer Knowledge.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Providing safety management, work site organization, and supervisory leadership and accountabilities to work Level 3 & crews on various projects.
- Recuse planning & doing mock drills, assuring all Level 3 having recure kits.
- Can brief the technicalities of rope access to Company HSE, Managers, Internal & IRATA auditors.
- To be a lead part of technical manager /Authority for obtaining IRATA membership.
- Follow all the requirements as IRATA guidelines & requirements.
- Able to provide technical details for arranging MSRA.
- Able to do site surveys and provide estimations.
- Onsite day-day checking and controlling the teams & ensuring given targets are met.
- Ensuring all the materials at store are kept properly and arranged as per IRATA guidelines.
- Ensuring timely inspection of materials and 3rd Party certifications are done on time.
- Coordinate with team admin/line manager for day-day operation.
- Ensuring the team follows day-day schedules.
- Day-day coordination with clients, customers.
- Attending & supporting level 3 supervisor for any escalation from clients & customers.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
