Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated and sustainable FM services, has reached a historic milestone in 2024, surpassing AED 1 billion in revenue for the first time. With a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19% since 2021, Imdaad is reinforcing its position as a key industry player committed to innovation, sustainability, and service excellence.
For Chairman Abdullatif Al Mulla, this milestone is a testament to the company’s unwavering dedication to clients and its people.
A Thriving Business Model
Imdaad’s growth is anchored in its diversified business model, with its core Integrated Facilities Management operations in the UAE driving 50% of total revenue. The Environmental Services division, which includes Waste Management and the FARZ Materials Recycling Facility, contributes an additional 35%, while specialist services and international operations in Oman and Egypt account for the remaining 15%.

In Egypt, Imdaad Misr has significantly strengthened the company’s regional presence by securing agreements for multiple real estate projects, offering a comprehensive suite of hard and soft FM services, energy management, and environmental solutions. Similarly, in Oman, the company has launched ‘Omdaad,’ a dedicated FM brand providing MEP services, pest control, firefighting systems, façade cleaning, and other specialised offerings across diverse sectors.
Strategic Expansion and Future Growth
With its strong foothold in the UAE, Imdaad is now setting its sights on Saudi Arabia, recognising the Kingdom’s growing demand for high-quality FM solutions. The company’s expansion strategy will target key sectors such as infrastructure, hospitality, and commercial real estate, leveraging its expertise in smart, sustainable FM services.
Back home, the company continues to solidify its presence with major government contracts, including partnerships with the Department of Presidential Affairs, Sharjah Municipality, Masdar City, and Ammroc. Strategic growth in high-potential sectors such as government, education, and tourism has been instrumental in driving revenue and market share.

Innovation at the Core
Beyond expansion, Imdaad is redefining the FM industry through technology and innovation. AI-driven platforms, predictive maintenance solutions, and data analytics are reshaping how facilities are managed, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and sustainability. The company’s commitment to digital transformation ensures its clients benefit from seamless, proactive service delivery while maintaining a strong focus on environmental responsibility.
As Imdaad celebrates its AED 1 billion milestone, the company is not just looking back on its achievements but forward to a future defined by continued growth, regional expansion, and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.
