Imdaad’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme is built on four strategic pillars: Environmental Sustainability, Community Care, Education and Employee Engagement. These principles guide every initiative and are reflected in KPIs across departments.
More than 50 CSR programmes are implemented each year, with clear alignment to national sustainability goals and full integration into operational planning.
Imdaad actively champions environmental responsibility through a wide range of green initiatives, including:
Envirocare Month
Participation in DEWA’s Earth Hour
Large-scale recycling and cleanup drives, including beach cleanups and the global Clean Up the World campaign
E-waste collection events across schools, residential communities, and client sites.
A 30-day Recycling Awareness Challenge targeting schools and organisations
In addition, guided tours at the Farz Material Recovery Facility (MRF) offer students and community members firsthand insight into sustainable waste management practices and circular economy solutions.

At the heart of our educational outreach is Be’ati, Imdaad’s flagship environmental awareness programme. Targeting students in Grades 1 to 4, Be’ati (Arabic for “My Environment”) delivers engaging and interactive sessions focused on the importance of waste segregation at the source.
Accompanied by our friendly mascot Khadour, the programme empowers children to become active stewards of the environment—nurturing a generation committed to sustainability and climate action.
As part of our commitment to supporting vulnerable and underserved communities, Imdaad implements a wide range of impactful initiatives:
Food distribution campaigns during Ramadan
Clothing donations to low-income families
Visits and support for orphans, the elderly, and people of determination
Tree planting campaigns and hat distribution for outdoor workers
Partnerships with AWQAF to support mosque construction projects internationally
We also provide pro bono FM services to community-focused organisations, including:
The Rashid Centre for People of Determination
The UAE Down Syndrome Association
Local cancer support centres
CSR at Imdaad is not the responsibility of one team—it’s a company-wide movement. Every employee is encouraged to participate in CSR activities, which are reflected in departmental KPIs. This approach creates a culture of shared responsibility, purpose, and community engagement across the organization.
From volunteering and awareness campaigns to sustainability workshops and donation drives, our people are at the heart of our CSR success.
By aligning our CSR strategy with environmental stewardship and community development, Imdaad not only contributes to the UAE's sustainability and Net Zero 2050 goals but also builds a stronger, more inclusive society.
This creates a more resilient, socially responsible organization—well-positioned for long-term growth, impact, and leadership in sustainable facilities management.
Be’ati is an environmental education program, in collaboration with KHDA, designed for school children, and aimed at increasing awareness about waste, waste-management, sustainability and recycling, combined with efforts to preserve our planet, protect the environment and how all these initiatives positively impact the quality of life in present and future
